1. Introduce yourself — your name and your town.

2. Share your message, something like:

   “I'm a constituent. I'm asking you to make Tennessee the type of home we want and deserve. Focus on what Tennesseans actually need: schools that aren't dead last in funding, healthcare that doesn't leave us with the worst medical debt in the country, and energy bills we can afford. What's your plan for that?"
